Training bench in percentages. Starting with high volume sets at 55%, 60%, and 65%. Changing to 5x5 program for 70%, 75% and 80%. Then going 3x3 for 85% and 90%. Then 2x3 for 95%...

What's up Bulldawg? the high volume sets are they 8 or 10 reps.
