I did not do incline this day due to the volume of flat bench I did.

100 reps with the blue band tricep pulldowns
reverse grip single hand tricep pulldowns

I think next week I will do a deload week. I am feeling pretty beat up.


Most of you don't know much about me but I am a bench only guy I used to do full power meets in High school but due to two torn up knees and a broken neck from playing college ball heavy squatting is pretty hard for me to do on a constant basis, but I do squat just about weekly.

Squat:
455x5x3
495x5x2

Front Squat:
315x10x2
365x5x1

Leg curls 4x10
Leg ext 4x10(single leg)

Leg press 4x10
