Training mainly at two gyms - Bulldog Gym in Glendora CA and UFC Gym in La Mirada:

So far have been conservative in the squat - lots of volume at 60% of total - but hit 350 lb. well today - target 365 lb or more next week - 400+ should be on the radar - likely 190 kg - 420 lb in range - plan on all squats buried so no red lights!

275 lb Bench last week - goal of 300 in range - keeping an eye on the shoulder - but strength is better than last year.

Deadlift has been strong over the last year - de-loaded last week with 410 lb. up again this week.

Squat and bench - straight progressive over load plan over 8 to 9 weeks

Deadlift is a bastardized C/P Coan/Phillip -

Ice is my friend for shoulders - went to OC fight Doc - for stem - deep tissue, adjustment and ultrasound. I go about every two weeks. It has been a great help.

Confidence is building as I feel strong - more to come!

Pizza tonight in celebration of a great squat workout today - best in a year :twisted:

Past week:

Squat - lots of volume from 275 to 350 pounds - target for Monday at UFC gym - 365 lb.

Bench - Shoulders hanging in there - 280 pounds slammed to lockout - doing better than last year

Deadlift - 430 destroyed today along with drops sets at 365.

Feeling great overall 8-)
