Squats just warm up weights 95,125x5 150x10 95x20
hips feel good, chiro said start liftin again so baby steps this week it has been a month.

5-2 summer time conditioning mowed two yards, got an ideal when I did mine on top of the 10 lb ankle weights on mower I thought put bagger on to add extra weight as you mow, that really sucked when doing the hill on the last trip up, bagger full, remind you the motor is at eye level when on top of hill and i'm 6-1 sore still a little today would I do it again that is a big hell yea.
5-3 Bench warm up weights 65,80x5 feet up 100 5x5 all paused and last set was a 2 count pause

nothing fancy just mobility work and riding stationary bike this week to start training next week

well since last post was still doing mobility and riding bike, then mobility and was trying out the strength test Wendler wrote in new book going to try and do those after a couple of cycles.
Dips 54 goal 75 in 10 minutes
Push ups 75 goal 100 in 10 minutes
6-12 Squats 150,170x5 195x8 150x10x5x5 no way I was gonna get 20 widow maker
strength test hanging leg raises cant do those, but i'm gonna work at it, so I did bent knee 75 10 minutes 50 is the goal doing straight leg so i'm gonna make my goal 100 bent knee.
6-13 Bench 105,120x5 135 5x5 all reps paused
strength test pull ups 24 goal 50 in 10 minutes

Life gets in the way so you do what you can, did active recovery, which is do a couple mobility moves then ride bike 5 min. nothing to stressful just keep moving also helps with soreness.
Deads 6-22 205,235x5 (overhand) 270x10 20 count hold on last rep
dips,banded pull ups, lying leg raises total 30 each

6-26 Squat 160,185x5 210x10
160x 15-5 widow makers are so "fun"

175 10,5,5 widow maker
d.b. incline, in verted row, 50 each, ab wheel 25 hanging leg raise 20(bent knee) 5 straight leg
7-13 Bench 120,135x5 150 5x5 all pause
d.b. press(from knees) curl 50 each, mow yard for conditioning

7-18 Active recovery
Bought some titian superior briefs to help maintain healthy hips, nothing real tight just regular fit.
7-21 Deads 235,270x5 oh 300x10 20 count hold last rep
235 5x5 all oh 20 count hold last rep
dips, shrugs, back raises, step up 15 in box total 50 each
used briefs liked them so far hips feel good so I hope this works
