Squats just warm up weights 95,125x5 150x10 95x20
hips feel good, chiro said start liftin again so baby steps this week it has been a month.

5-2 summer time conditioning mowed two yards, got an ideal when I did mine on top of the 10 lb ankle weights on mower I thought put bagger on to add extra weight as you mow, that really sucked when doing the hill on the last trip up, bagger full, remind you the motor is at eye level when on top of hill and i'm 6-1 sore still a little today would I do it again that is a big hell yea.
5-3 Bench warm up weights 65,80x5 feet up 100 5x5 all paused and last set was a 2 count pause

nothing fancy just mobility work and riding stationary bike this week to start training next week
