1-5 Press 70,90,100x5, from knees, winter time so all pressing will be done from knees
70 10x5
pull ups, rows total 70 each

Well caught a head cold, so between that and work no lifting, back at it this week nothing special going to be warm up weights and mobility to get back into the swing of things

2-15 Squat 180,210x5 230x7
180 5x5 with ssb to 17 in box touch and go broke this down to 5x5 cause I knew 20 rep widow maker wasn't gonna happen, 1 minute rest between sets
dips, pull ups, ab wheel 75 total each, used band on last 25 reps of pull ups

Bench 120,140x5 160 2 sets total 8 reps was a struggle so went to ssl was still having problems so just made sure I got total reps in, was a bad session not making any excuses besides the fact i'm just weak will keep pluggin along it will come back.
push ups b.b. row total 75 reps each

2-27 Deads 240,275x5 310x10 10 count hold on last rep
240 5x5 20 count hold last rep
d.b. bench, lat pulldowns,back raises total 75 each
tried hook grip on w/u and up to 275 and on fsl sets using the advise from Clint Daren from efts, felt good and didn't bother thumbs bad at all, will do more of this.

need to get back to training normal instead of on my days off

3-9 I got 99 problems but tonight my bench wasn't one of them!!!
Bench 130,150x5 pause all reps 165 5x5 pause 1st. rep all sets
d.b. press, curl, ab wheel 80 total each.

Press 85,95,110x5
10x5 with 85
today was a double training so skipped on accessory work

well on the last dead lift session I strained a hip muscle took week off thought was healed helped son move found out it wasn't more time off, have went to chiropractor for other issues like hips out of position,which I think was causing me to shift and a little twist to right when squatting.things are getting better so hopefully by end of month start training again
